What happens if my bracelet breaks?

In the unfortunate event of one of our pieces breaking, whether it being a faulty wire or stringing material, we offer free repairs up to ONE month after the date of your purchase.  Please reach out to us via email at hello@oceancrystalhealing.com .  After 1 month, we charge a $5 restringing/re-wiring fee, this does NOT include shipping of the remaining beads to our home address.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you can do your best to obtain all the beads from the bracelet so we can re-string them that would be ideal.  However, that isn't always the case, so if you are missing beads and I no longer have them in stock then we can discuss a replacement for a bracelet of equal value or lesser value.
